Benjamin Martinson (b. 1987), is a composer, programmer, and vocalist. He holds a Master of Music in composition from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music and a Bachelor of Music in composition from Butler University.

Benjamin has written for a variety of ensembles and media, spanning from SATB choir to interactive electronics, from baroque ensemble to the iPhone. All of his output is influenced deeply by his experience as a vocalist, his work as a programmer, and his passion for early and contemporary music.

In 2006, Benjamin was a winner of the National MENC Student Composition Talent Search with his SATB choral work, Agnus Dei. He was commissioned in 2008 by the American Pianists' Association to write Little Drops of Falling Sleep for the APA Fellows Solo Piano Competition. In 2012, his video work, The mind still wet with paint was selected for performance ant the International Computer Music Conference in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Also in 2012, he was selected to perform his work, One, for harmonic overtone singer and electronics, at the national convention for the Society for Electroacoustic music. His works have been performed in such notable venues as Christ Church Cathedral, Dublin; Assembly Hall, Salt Lake City; and other cathedrals, universities, and bars.

Benjamin lives in New York City, where he works as a software engineer on Google Docs and sings with Khorikos.
